Purpose of the demo
This isolated SBMToolBox environment demonstrates how role-aware school business tools can generate requested outputs from supplied information.
What data is processed
The supplied example workbooks contain fictional schools, demonstration accounts and synthetic operational values. Uploaded files are processed only to create the output requested by the user.
Do not upload live school, pupil, staff, payroll, authentication or other sensitive information to this demonstration.
What data is stored
Access, job and audit metadata is held in the isolated demo database. Uploaded files and generated outputs are held temporarily for processing and download, then removed by bounded runtime cleanup or the reviewed demo reset.
Who can access it
The meeting site is protected at the reverse proxy and should be shared only with authorised reviewers. Demonstration files are not sent to external AI or document-processing services.
